Spatial light modulator

We have been getting used to the Holoeye LC2002 spatial light modulator, and have used it both with our 532 nm green laser from Holoeye as well as the 635 nm laser from Thorlabs. The images here show what happens when “MIT” is converted to its diffractive optical element form, the corresponding voltages commanded to the SLM, and then a quick and low-resolution cell phone photo (Blackberry) is taken. We are now setting up a CMOS camera and power sensor.
